The building of a kindergarten in Bishkek was returned to the state

The SCNS KR on the results of ongoing operational activities aimed at identifying illegally privatised buildings and structures revealed facts of illegal withdrawal of the building of kindergarten No. 159 with an area of 0.8 hectares in private ownership. This is reported by the SCNS KR.

The kindergarten is located in Bishkek, on Kommunarova Street, 93.

It was established that during the period of denationalisation and privatisation of state property in 1993, the kindergarten, which was on the balance sheet of Usta OJSC, was illegally transferred to private ownership.

At the same time, in the course of operational and investigative measures, the owner of this object, Y.S.A., being aware of the unlawfulness of the possession of this property, expressed a voluntary desire to transfer the building of kindergarten No. 159 with the attached plot of land in favour of the state.

It should be noted that the SCNS is actively checking illegally privatised social facilities.
Only in Bishkek, since the beginning of the year, 6 objects of preschool education (kindergartens) have been returned to the state balance, which will be further transferred to the Bishkek Mayor's Office.

Given the acute shortage of social facilities in Bishkek, these kindergartens will provide an opportunity to relieve the need of the population.
