Gulsaara Atanova has resigned from the Board of Directors of Keremet Bank

There have been changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of Keremet Bank OJSC. This was reported by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

By a decision of the Board of Directors on August 26, the powers of Board member Gulsaara Atanova were terminated. There is no information yet on who will replace her.

In addition, it is known that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held. The agenda of the meeting includes the following issues: approval of the composition of the counting commission, review of the report on the results of financial and economic activities and the implementation of the financial plan for the first half of 2025, amendments and additions to the Regulations “On the Board of Directors of Keremet Bank OJSC,” as well as a decision on the composition of the bank's Board of Directors.
