With the support of JICA, 43 units of road construction equipment were transferred to the Batken region and an asphalt concrete plant with a capacity of 35 tons per hour was established.
A ceremony was held in the Batken region to transfer 43 units of specialized road construction equipment as part of a project to improve road maintenance with the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency.
Today, an official ceremony was held in the Batken region to transfer road construction and maintenance equipment. The project was implemented as part of the initiative “Improvement of equipment for road maintenance and road surfacing in the Batken region.”
With the support of JICA, 43 units of modern special equipment were transferred to the region. In addition, an asphalt concrete plant with a capacity of 35 tons per hour has been installed in the Batken district.
According to the organizers, the launch of the plant will ensure the timely supply of necessary materials for construction and repair work, and the new equipment will speed up the maintenance and servicing of roads in the region.
