Personnel changes. New mayor appointed in Talas

Kyrgyzstan President Sadyr Zhaparov signed a decree appointing Nurgazy Asylbekov as mayor of Talas.

The decision was made in accordance with Article 71 of the Constitution and Part 1 of Article 47 of the Law ‘On Local State Administration and Local Self-Government Bodies’.

Nurgazy Asylbekov has officially taken office as mayor of Talas.

The State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic has decided to withdraw the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on granting a separate division of the State Tax Service the status of a law enforcement agency with the function of an investigative body.

At the Kyrgyzstan Health Forum held on 9 October in Bishkek, Deputy Prime Minister Edil Baisalov announced that the state plans to increase funding for healthcare almost threefold, from 44 billion KGS in 2025 to 130 billion KGS by 2030.
