Kaindy-Kant allocated nearly 38 million KGS for dividend payments

The open joint-stock company Kaindy-Kant has disclosed information about the payment of dividends for 2024. The information is available on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange website.

According to the published data, 628 shareholders were entitled to receive dividends. The total amount of dividends accrued was 37.97 million KGS. In fact, 117 shareholders received payments, to whom 37.2 million KGS were transferred.

Thus, 511 shareholders did not receive their due payments. The total amount of unclaimed dividends was 766,500 KGS, and the number of securities for which no payments were made was 47,233.

The company clarified that the reason for non-payment was that the dividends had not been claimed by shareholders on the date of disclosure.

Despite the high level of actual payments in monetary terms—more than 98% of the accrued amount—the structure of recipients indicates a high concentration of share ownership, with the overwhelming majority of dividends received by a limited number of shareholders.
