How Kyrgyz entrepreneurs develop business on marketplaces

In 2024, Wildberries launched the project “PRO. Support” project, which helps novice sellers to master working with marketplaces. The project has become especially popular among entrepreneurs in Kyrgyzstan, offering step-by-step guidance and advice at all stages of entering the online marketplace - from registration and uploading goods to the first sales.

During the existence of the program, more than 400 entrepreneurs from CIS countries, including Kyrgyzstan, have received support in launching their business on marketplaces. Kyrgyz businessmen are actively selling clothes, furniture, household goods, food and toys, thus expanding their market not only in the region, but also beyond its borders.

The program covers not only training, but also practical assistance: support in the process of loading goods, promotion, logistics and interaction with customers. This comprehensive approach allows entrepreneurs not only to start selling, but also to optimize business processes, which contributes to successful development.

Additional opportunities are opened thanks to cooperation with business associations. In particular, cooperation with JIA helps small and medium-sized businesses to receive consultations and training programs, which is especially important for regional entrepreneurs. This gives them the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the specifics of working on marketplaces and receive support at all stages of doing business.
