According to the law, it must be drawn up in writing in two copies: one remains with the employer and the other with the employee. After signing the contract, an order of employment is issued within three days, which the employee must read and sign.
Another important point is the employer's obligation to familiarize the new employee with the internal labor regulations and conduct safety training. An employment record book is also started or updated for employees. The law allows for the conclusion of contracts with several employers on a part-time basis and regulates the probationary period, which may be extended depending on the employee's position.
In addition, the employment contract may be terminated if, at the end of the probationary period, the employee does not meet the requirements of the position, in which case the employer is obliged to notify the employee three days in advance. Proper execution of an employment contract is an important step towards stable and secure employment relations.
