At the end of 2024 Kazakhstan took the 10th place among 193 countries in the UN rating on the level of development of online services. About it writes Ranking.kz.

Neighbors bypassed such developed countries as China, the United States, Germany and the UAE. The main contribution to this result was made by digitalization of public services - today 93% of them are available in electronic format, and through the mobile application eGov Mobile - more than 90%.

Special attention is paid to the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund (UAPF): in the first two months of 2025, the fund provided 13.7 million services, of which almost 99% were in electronic or automatic format. The most popular function is still obtaining online statements of pension accounts. Change of details, tracking of payments, pension calculator and others are also available

Kyrgyzstan ranks 89th in the same ranking.

Whereas Armenia ranked 53rd, Russia - 56th, Uzbekistan - 5th, Azerbaijan - 67th, Belarus - 97th, Tajikistan - 130th and Turkmenistan - 172nd.
