According to the disclosed information, the bank accrued and paid in full 18 million 744.4 thousand KGS on the KG 0207166917 bond issue. The recipient of the income was a single bondholder entitled to receive payments.
No unpaid income on this issue has been recorded. The entire accrued amount was transferred in full, and there is no outstanding debt.
We would like to add that this refers to the sustainable development bond issue placed by KICB in June this year. The issue volume amounted to 1.31 billion KGS — 13,055 bonds with a par value of 100,000 KGS each. The yield on the bonds is set at 12.5% per annum, with a maturity of 36 months.
The bonds were placed in the form of a private (closed) placement. Interest income on the issue is paid twice a year — on June 15 and December 15.
