Talaybek Sharsheev has stepped down early from his position as chairman of the board of directors of OJSC Uchkun

There have been changes in the composition of the board of directors at OJSC Uchkun. The relevant decisions were made at the end of November and in December.

The powers of Talaybek Sharsheev, member and chairman of the board of directors, were terminated early by a decision of the company's board of directors on November 25.

Boronbay uulu Tologon was elected as a new member of the board of directors of OJSC Uchkun by a decision of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on December 17. On the same day, the board of directors elected him as chairman of the company's board of directors.

The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders was held in person in Bishkek. The quorum was 99.64%, which allowed all key decisions to be made, including the election of a new member of the board of directors, the approval of amendments and additions to the charter of OJSC Uchkun, and the approval of the regulations on the board of directors.
