The placement took place as part of the listing. The bank's bonds were sold at a price of 100,000 KGS per security (8,700 copies). The transaction was the largest in terms of volume for the day and effectively formed the entire primary market.
The transaction was part of a larger debt issue registered by the state regulator on June 16 this year. A total of 13,500 bonds are planned to be issued for 1.35 billion KGS.
The bonds have a maturity of three years and a yield of 12.5% per annum. Coupon payments will be made twice a year on June 15 and December 15.
We would like to add that the bond issue is closed and is being conducted on a personal offer basis.
It should be noted that the largest holder of the bank's bonds today is the IFC, which on September 19 this year purchased 4,355 of the bank's bonds for 435.5 million KGS.
