‘Kyrgyz Agroholding’ has increased its authorised capital by 511 million KGS

Kyrgyz Agroholding OJSC has increased its authorised capital by 511 million KGS through an additional issue of ordinary shares. During trading on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange on 17 September, the issue of 511,000 shares in the company, with a nominal value of 1,000 KGS per share, was registered. The total value of the transaction amounted to 511 million KGS.

This transaction was the largest on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange on 17 September. The total trading volume of shares and other securities amounted to 511.682 million KGS, of which 511 million KGS were attributable to the additional issue of ‘Kyrgyz Agroholding’ shares. A further 682,000 KGS were traded on the secondary market.

‘Kyrgyz Agroholding’ was established by the Cabinet of Ministers in August 2024 as a state-owned company to support agricultural producers, develop agro-industrial clusters and ensure food security. Initially, the company’s authorised capital stood at 10 million KGS.

In 2026, the company is expanding its operations in the food market. ‘Kyrgyz Agroholding’ is organising the sale of meat products through specialised retail outlets and is also participating in meat import schemes within the framework of allocated tariff quotas. In August, the company announced a call for partners to jointly import poultry meat, and in July – partners to sell meat products through specialised retail outlets.
