    Kyrgyzaltyn increased its authorised capital by KGS 76.9 million. How?

    Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC increased its authorised capital by KGS 76.9 million through an additional issue of shares. The decision was made by the company's shareholders at the annual general meeting on 11 April 2025.

    According to the approved terms, the value of the inventory and low-value consumables of the Kyrgyzskoe Vzmorye sanatorium under the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, amounting to KGS 76.9 million, was transferred to the authorised capital.

    For this amount, the company issued an additional 768,870 ordinary registered shares of the fourth issue with a par value of 100 KGS each. All shares were distributed through a closed placement to the State Agency for State Property Management under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

    On 15 August 2025, a transaction for the placement of securities took place on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange. On the primary market, 768,869 shares of Kyrgyzaltyn were sold at a price of 100 KGS per share for a total amount of 76.9 million KGS.
