Kyrgyz citizens have submitted nearly 3,000 comments on the work of the Ministry of Labour via the ‘Pikir’ system

Since the start of 2026, 2,904 comments and suggestions regarding the work of the Ministry of Labour and its departments have been received via the ‘Pikir’ feedback system.

According to the Ministry of Labour, as of 1 July, citizens had submitted 2,904 comments and suggestions via the ‘Pikir’ system. Of these, 116 relate to the work of the Ministry’s central administration.

Feedback can be submitted by scanning the QR code displayed at the entrance to the ministry’s building, its regional offices and subordinate departments across the country, as well as on the ministry’s official website.

The ministry noted that the feedback system helps to assess the quality of public services provided, identify problem areas and improve the efficiency of the ministry’s work.
