A company that once owed KGS 118.4 mln wants to liquidate itself

Open Joint Stock Company Pharmacia OJSC announced its intention to voluntarily liquidate its operations. The liquidation issue will be considered at the General Meeting of Shareholders on 17 April 2025 and, if the decision is made, the liquidation process will start from 1 July 2025.

The company, which has more than 1 million shares, including 1.014 million ordinary and 53.405 thousand preference shares, has contributed only 6 thousand KGS to the state budget over the last five years, and those were fees paid to the judicial authorities.

In addition, back in 2019, it was known that this company owed 118.39 million KGS to the tax authorities, but Jogorku Kenesh offered to forgive the debt.

The owner of Pharmacia OJSC is Timur Matyeva, who is also the owner of Noviter Pharmaceuticals, which has also paid only KGS 200 for rubbish collection for five years.
