The amount of the fine totalled 55,000 KGS.
The decision was taken as part of regular inspections and monitoring of financial institutions' activities to ensure compliance with legislative norms and protection of consumer rights. The National Bank emphasised the importance of compliance with all regulations to guarantee the stability and transparency of the financial sector.
The credit union is obliged to pay the fine within the established deadline. In case of repeated violations, the organisation may face more serious consequences, including the possibility of suspension of its activities.
