07/15/2026, 11:29There have been changes to the shareholder structure of OJSC “MBank”. According to the disclosed information, Omurbek Babanov’s stake in the bank’s authorised capital has fallen from 97.97 per cent to 93.47 per cent.
The changes came into effect on 6 July 2026.
Prior to the change, Omurbek Babanov held a stake with a monetary value of 18.42 billion KGS. Following the change, the value of his stake stood at 17.57 billion KGS.
Thus, the businessman’s shareholding decreased by approximately 4.5 percentage points, or by nearly 847 million KGS in monetary terms.
The disclosed information does not specify to whom the shares were transferred or the reasons behind the change in the ownership structure.
