Media Forum OJSC will allocate 50% of its profits earned in 2025 to dividends

The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of OJSC Media Forum, held on December 19, approved the decision to pay dividends based on the results of the company's financial and economic activities for 2025. The meeting was held in person, with a quorum of 88.91%.

The shareholders decided to allocate 50% of the company's net profit for 2025 to dividends. The total amount of funds to be distributed is 2 million 108 thousand 220 KGS. The dividend per share was approved at 88 KGS 67 tyiyns.

Dividend payments began on December 19 and will continue until February 10, 2026. The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends was finalized on November 20.

We would like to add that the dividends were approved based on the interim results of financial and economic activities for 2025. The final results for the year will be approved at the annual general meeting of shareholders, taking into account the results of legal proceedings and the conclusion of the external auditor.

If the actual net profit for the year turns out to be lower than the amount of dividends already paid, the excess funds will be refunded or credited to the next financial year.
