In Bishkek, projects for the construction of a multi-storey parking lot for 300 places on Bezymyannaya Street were discussed

On the instructions of Bishkek Mayor Aibek Junushaliev, work has begun to improve the condition of the capital's markets, primarily in the Orto-Sai and Alameda markets.

The Municipal Inspectorate controls unauthorized trade on a daily basis, but violations are detected despite warnings. Raids are conducted at any time of day to identify violators. The Alameda Market also focuses on indiscriminate parking and unauthorized facilities that obstruct pedestrians and violate traffic rules and the aesthetic appearance of the city. The OPSM will begin fining drivers for chaotic parking. The market owner has been directed to regularize the areas leased by the municipality or else the city authorities will take action.

The market's indoor park will also be cleaned up in conjunction with a discussion on the enforcement of sanitation norms in outdoor eating places. A plan to build a 300-space multi-story parking lot along Musa Jalil and Budennogo Streets was considered to address the problem of chaotic parking and improve access for city residents. The raid also took place at the Orto-Sai market, where the Fire Safety Department assessed fire safety measures. Improperly parked cars hampered the passage of firefighting equipment from Suerkulov Street.

Potential projects to build a 300-space multi-story parking lot on Bezymyannaya Street and a playground were discussed. Also, a garbage sorting station will be created near Suerkulova Street according to City Hall standards to improve the environment. Such inspections will affect all markets of the capital and are under constant control of Mayor Aibek Junushaliyev and responsible services.

Deputy mayors Azamat Kadyrov and Ramiz Aliyev, as well as employees of city services and representatives of the Bishkek Department of Internal Affairs and the Kyrgyz Ministry of Emergency Situations visited the Orto-Sai and Alameda markets with an inspection. They checked the Alameda market for compliance with fire safety standards and conducted fire-tactical exercises.

Special vehicles of the Ministry of Emergency Situations tried to drive along the fire driveway from Zhibek Jolu Avenue to Musa Jalil Street, but sheds and unauthorized objects became an obstacle. The market director promised to dismantle the POT within two days, and one of the sheds was removed by the owner.
