The editorial office of Akchabar asked the Ministry of Finance which banks had received the money. However, the ministry refused to disclose the information, citing Cabinet Decree No. 135 of 11 March 2022 and paragraph 28 of the Procedure for the Placement of Funds, which requires the confidentiality of information specified in the bank's application.
However, the document itself refers to keeping the terms offered by banks confidential, not their names. It turns out that the law does not contain a direct prohibition on disclosing information about which banks received the funds. It should be noted that in public procurement, the names of suppliers are always made public.
