Muras Bank has formed capital exceeding the requirements of the National Bank

Muras Bank CJSC announced the opening of a new office in Bishkek at 97/1 Chingiz Aitmatov Avenue. Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors Sergey Entts inspected the premises, where renovations have been completed, and noted that the office is ready to receive clients and hold business meetings.

At the same time, the bank announced the registration of an initial issue of ordinary registered shares worth 1.4 billion soms. A total of 140,000 shares with a par value of 10,000 soms each were issued. This figure exceeds the minimum level of authorised capital set by the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan for obtaining a banking licence.

An extraordinary meeting of shareholders was held at the new office, where the selection of an independent auditor and changes to the Articles of Association related to the change of legal address were approved. The board of directors and the management board also reported on the preparations for submitting an application for a banking licence.
