07/18/2025, 10:54On July 17, 2025, another electronic auction was held for the sale of land plots as part of the Ala-Too Resort ski cluster project. The auction was conducted by the State Agency for State Property Management. On that day, three plots with a total area of 1,232 square meters were sold for 31.6 million KGS.
The largest lot was a plot for the construction of a five-star hotel complex with an area of 800 square meters. With a starting price of 13.6 million KGS, it was sold for 13.87 million. Two plots of 216 square meters each were also sold for the construction of VIP log cottages. One of them went for 8.8 million KGS with four bidders, the second for 8.92 million with five participants. The starting price for each was just over 3 million KGS.
Since the start of the Ala-Too Resort project, interest from the business community has remained high. On the first day of trading, plots worth 355 million KGS were sold, and on the second day, 42 million KGS worth. The total amount raised from the sale of land within the project already exceeds 428 million KGS.
