It has been established that the kindergarten was illegally privatised by private individuals in 1997, after which, in order to legalise the kindergarten building, a peasant farm (dairy and bakery) was established on the basis of the building and territory of the kindergarten in 2001, based on a decision of state authorities.
Furthermore, through the adoption of illegal decisions and in violation of the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, a driving school for commercial purposes was opened on the territory of this socially important facility.
As a result, on 4 July, the social facility was returned to the state balance sheet for use as a kindergarten.
Currently, the State Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic is continuing measures to return illegally privatised industrial and social facilities to the state.
