In 2025, 16 million KGS will be allocated for the remuneration of the board of directors and auditors of Airports of Kyrgyzstan.

On 28 April, at a general meeting of shareholders of OJSC Airports of Kyrgyzstan, expenses for the maintenance of the board of directors and the audit commission for 2025 were approved.

The work of the board of directors, which consists of five people, will cost 8.79 million KGS.

This is approximately 1.76 million KGS per person per year. The three members of the audit commission will receive 6.83 million KGS, or 2.28 million KGS per person.
In total, almost 15.6 million KGS will be spent on management and control this year.
