Solar-powered lighting to be installed on the Naryn–At-Bashy road

The Dobolun Aiyl District of Naryn Region has announced a tender for the installation of solar-powered streetlights along a 16-kilometre stretch of the Naryn–At-Bashy road. This has been reported on the public procurement portal.

Tender bids will be accepted until 14 May 2026.

Under the terms of the project, the contractor will be paid a 20% advance. A further 40% of the funds will be transferred after the equipment has been delivered, with the remaining 40% paid upon full completion of the works.

Tender participants must demonstrate experience in carrying out similar works over the past two years. In addition, they must have financial resources amounting to at least 30% of the total project cost.

A three-year warranty must be provided for the installed equipment. The contract will be managed through a bank, and technical supervision of the works will be carried out by the tender commission.
