According to his statement, it is proposed to write off tax debts for the period before 2022. For individuals with disabilities in groups 1 and 2, the period for debt forgiveness will be extended until January 1, 2024. Additionally, personal income tax will be annulled for citizens who previously imported and sold vehicles — this will apply until January 1, 2025.
One of the long-discussed reforms is the abolition of the property tax on vehicles. This provision will also be included in the final version of the Tax Code.
According to Bekeshev, tax reporting will be simplified: peasant and farming enterprises, as well as entrepreneurs operating under a patent, will be exempt from submitting the unified tax declaration. Market vendors will have the option to choose between working under a patent or the simplified taxation system.
There is also a proposal under consideration to introduce tax benefits for entities operating in free economic zones (FEZs) when selling goods within the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
