    Bishkek Municipal Inspectorate fined the landscaping rules violators

    The Municipal Inspectorate of Bishkek revealed several violations of the improvement rules related to excavation works without authorization documents. As a result, administrative fines were imposed on several companies and individuals.

    Energy Building KG LLC received a fine of 23,000 KGS for works on Abay Street without a permit according to Article 177.2 of the Contravention Code. A protocol was also drawn against the individual entrepreneur E.V.G., who was ordered to clean the adjacent territory from garbage.

    Delmar Group LLP located on Kiyizbaeva Street was fined 13,000 KGS for the cleanliness rules violation under Article 114. KS Montazh LLP was fined 35,000 KGS for excavation works without authorization, violating Article 178, Part 3 of the Code. They were given two days to restore the landscape.

    A resident of the Ak-Ordo residential community on Bar-Bulak Street, 7 A.A.K. was fined 12,500 KGS for sewer connection works without authorization documents.

    The city authorities remind the citizens that the rules of improvement in the capital city are mandatory for everyone and must be strictly observed.
