12/19/2025, 11:25The National Bank has suspended the license of the Asman Cash currency exchange bureau for violating the requirements of the law and regulatory legal acts of the regulator.
According to a statement by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, the license, valid from December 3, 2024, has been suspended from December 19 to December 28 inclusive. The exchange bureau operated in Bishkek in the Novy TsUM shopping center.
The case with Asman Cash is not an isolated one. Earlier this week, the National Bank announced a number of supervisory measures against other market participants.
On December 18, the Talas Regional Office of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic imposed a fine of 55,000 KGS on one of the exchange offices for similar violations. On December 17, the regulator suspended the license of the Dirham KTK LLC exchange office located in Bishkek from December 17 to December 31.
In addition, on December 15, following an inspection by the Jalal-Abad Regional Office of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, a fine of 55,000 KGS was imposed on a currency exchange office in the Jalal-Abad region.
