The National Bank has approved appointments to the management of Bakai Bank

On January 15, the National Bank approved key personnel appointments at OJSC Bakai Bank.

The regulator approved Sergey Ibragimov's candidacy, presented by the bank for the position of chairman of the board of directors. On the same day, the National Bank approved Timur Ibragimov's candidacy for the position of Chairman of the Management Board of Bakai Bank.

Earlier, the personnel changes were approved at an extraordinary general meeting of Bakai Bank shareholders, which took place on December 22.

During the meeting, the shareholders decided to terminate the powers of Timur Ibragimov, a member of the board of directors, ahead of schedule, effective January 12, at his request. Sergey Ibragimov was elected to the vacant position on the same date.
