05/12/2026, 11:00The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan has approved the appointment of Nikolai Markelov as head of the internal audit department at Eurasian Savings Bank OJSC.
The decision was taken on 30 April 2026. Markelov’s candidacy was put forward by the bank itself. The internal audit department is responsible for monitoring the bank’s financial and internal processes, as well as for regulatory compliance and risk management.
Eurasian Savings Bank has been operating in Kyrgyzstan since 1998 and holds a licence from the National Bank. The bank’s head office is located in Bishkek.
