New Mayor of Manas Abdupat Matkalikov: What is known about him

According to open sources, Abdupat Matkalikov was born on 1 January 1964 in Jalal-Abad. In 1985, he graduated from Frunze Polytechnic University in Mailuu-Suu with a degree in mechanical engineering.

From 1991 to 1999, Matkalikov worked as an engineer and mechanical engineer in the depot department, a carburettor technician, a counter mechanic, and the head of the motor transport fleet at the Minlegprom motor depot in Osh.
