Kikshiring Central Asia OJSC received almost 10% of its shares as a gift from a shareholder

Sergey Shevtsov, the largest shareholder of Kikshiring Central Asia, donated 9.8% of his shares to the company. This was reported by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

The transfer of shares took place on 16 October. Prior to the transaction, Shevtsov owned 45% of the company's authorised capital, which amounted to 450,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 1 KGS each. After the transfer of part of the shares, his stake decreased to 35.2%, or 352,000 shares.

Thus, the company now holds almost 10% of its own issue on its balance sheet.

We would like to add that earlier, on 9 October, Leasing Express Finance received a gift of 20% of the shares of Kikshiring Central Asia. Both companies are linked through the same founder, entrepreneur Sergei Shevtsov. According to the Ministry of Justice, Shevtsov is the sole founder of Kikshiring Central Asia.
