K-Dialog LLC has strengthened its control over Kyrgyzenergostroy

An affiliate of K-Dialog LLC continues to increase its influence in the capital of Kyrgyzenergostroy OJSC. The company increased its holdings of ordinary shares from 7,479 to 7,483.

As a result, K-Dialog's shareholding rose from 93.6397% to 93.6897% — a small increase, but one that further consolidates its controlling stake.

The changes were registered on 26 November 2025 on the basis of a consolidated transfer order from Central Depository CJSC. The shares were written off from the nominal holding and registered directly to K-Dialog.

Thus, the company continues to strengthen its position as a key shareholder of Kyrgyzenergostroy.
