11/30/2025, 18:00Today, November 30, Sadyr Zhaparov voted in the elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Leninsky single-mandate constituency No. 26.
The head of state and his wife, Aigul Zhaparova, voted at polling station No. 1046 in Bishkek.
After completing the voting procedure, the president made a statement to the media, emphasizing that the voting process in the elections is fully automated. This means that, as before, human interference that could lead to distortion of the election results is no longer possible.
"As you remember, there used to be ballot stuffing and other interference in the electoral process. Now this is not the case and will not be the case. In addition, voters can vote at their nearest polling station and do not have to travel to, for example, Alay, Ala-Buka, Chatkal, or At-Bashi if they do not have the opportunity to do so," said Sadyr Zhaparov.
Addressing the people of Kyrgyzstan, the head of state noted that modern technologies will also be used in subsequent elections and will continue to improve.
"Now you can vote with a digital passport in the Tunduk app. The procedure is fully automated; I just completed biometric registration and voted in five minutes. There can be no interference in the electoral process. The only problem remains voter bribery. However, the relevant authorities respond promptly to such actions," Zaparov said.
He also drew attention to polling stations abroad. To enable Kyrgyz citizens to exercise their voting rights, about 100 polling stations have been opened outside the country, including in the United States, Russia, Kazakhstan, and European countries.
“Take an active part in voting in the parliamentary elections, come to the polling station with the attitude that the future of Kyrgyzstan depends on your vote,” Sadyr Zhaparov emphasized and called on voters to support the state's desire to hold fair elections, actively participate in voting, and fulfill their civic duty.
We would like to add that the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliyev, voted in the early elections for deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic. He cast his vote at polling station No. 1123.
