06/03/2025, 09:36In January–April 2025, 1.24 million KGS were allocated from the state budget for the enforcement of court decisions. This is stated in the Ministry of Finance's report on the expenditures of state bodies.
For comparison, during the same period last year, this amount was 2.65 million KGS, more than twice as much.
The Ministry of Finance does not specify which decisions the payments were made under, but, as a rule, they concern compensation, penalties, refunds, or other obligations of state bodies following court proceedings.
The reduction may be due to both a decrease in the number of claims against state institutions and a change in the practice of enforcing decisions, such as postponing payments or concluding settlement agreements.
