11/14/2025, 16:39The Russian-Kyrgyz Fund intends to attract approximaDevelopment tely $1 billion to the Kyrgyz economy over the next five years. This was announced by the fund's chairman, Artem Novikov, at Kyrgyzstan EXPO 2025 in Bishkek.
The fund presented an updated strategy, aligned with the national development goals for 2030. Its priorities include industrialization, the development of logistics hubs, tourism, and the formation of a sustainable financial ecosystem.
The KRF is expanding its range of business support tools: long-term loans at reduced rates, project financing, participation in the capital of companies, programs for R&D, startups, and venture projects. Work on factoring, leasing, and trade financing has been intensified, and the fund is preparing to issue bonds.
According to Novikov, these measures will increase entrepreneurs' access to financing and create conditions for attracting additional resources to the economy.
