08/10/2026, 10:32In Kyrgyzstan, retail sales of motor fuel totalled 102.3 billion KGS in January–June 2026. This is 3.3 per cent higher than in the same period last year. This was reported by the National Statistical Committee.
The market also grew in June: fuel sales were 3.6% higher than in June 2025.
Most fuel is sold in the Chui Region and Bishkek. Over the six-month period, fuel worth 30 billion and 27.8 billion KGS was sold there respectively.
Sales rose most sharply in the Osh Region (+11.8 per cent), the Jalal-Abad Region (+8.6 per cent), the city of Osh (+10.2 per cent) and the Talas Region (+6.1 per cent).
Sales fell in some regions. In the Naryn Region, they fell by 11.9 per cent, and in Bishkek by 2.2 per cent. In the Batken Region, they remained virtually unchanged, falling by 0.2 per cent.
