The Tonsky District Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture is carrying out work to bring the village of Bokonbaevo into line with the requirements of the design code.

As part of these measures, the district administration, together with local authorities, is working to tidy up the village's central streets. In particular, banner advertisements placed on the main facades of commercial buildings that do not comply with the design code requirements and are no longer relevant are being dismantled.

To date, 21 banners have been dismantled. In addition, an off-site commission has issued warnings to the owners of properties that have exceeded the red line and building line on the village streets.

Work to enforce the design code and prevent illegal construction will continue.

The design code is a document that ensures the formation of a unified architectural appearance of the territory, including streets, public spaces and residential buildings.
