According to the antitrust authority, specialists carried out the necessary measures in accordance with the Kyrgyz Republic’s Law ‘On the Protection of Consumer Rights’ and provided the parties with explanations of the provisions of current legislation.
As a result of this work, the factory’s management carried out all the work stipulated in the agreement in full and in a proper manner.
The agency noted that consumer protection remains one of the key areas of its work: the department examines complaints from members of the public, facilitates the restoration of infringed rights and helps to resolve disputes without recourse to the courts.
