01/28/2026, 10:45Star Shina LLC has fully fulfilled its obligations to pay income on the second issue of bonds issued on December 25 last year.
Thirteen bondholders were entitled to receive income, and all of them received payments in full. The amount of accrued and actually paid income coincided and amounted to 2 million KGS.
This is the second bond issue. The first issue was registered in 2023. The total volume was 55,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 KGS. More than 30% of the issue was purchased by three investors — two citizens of Kyrgyzstan with shares of 12.38% and 9.52% and one from Russia with a share of 9.52%.
It should be added that the main activity of Star Shina LLC is the wholesale and retail trade in car tires and batteries. The company employs 58 people.
