Construction of the main administrative building of OAO Electric Power Plants is almost complete

As part of the reforms being carried out by the Ministry of Energy in the city of Kara-Kul, construction is continuing on a two-storey modern administrative building for the country's largest electricity production company, OJSC Electric Power Plants.

To date, construction work is 80% complete. The main stages of construction are almost complete. In particular, the walls and roof of the building have been completely erected, and interior finishing work is being completed. At the same time, paving stones are being laid and external engineering networks are being connected. The facility is scheduled to be commissioned on 31 July 2025, and the official opening will take place on 31 August in the form of a ceremony.

The project is fully financed by the company's own funds.

The new building will house the central control room, which is the ‘brain’ of the entire system. In addition, an oil chromatography analysis laboratory, which is an essential element in equipment diagnostics, will be put back into operation.

Previously, employees were forced to work in outdated and unheated buildings. This created obstacles to effective interaction and had a negative impact on working conditions. The new building will eliminate these problems: from dispatchers to engineers, hundreds of specialists will receive a unified workspace that meets modern requirements and safety standards.
