The price of an ounce of gold in Kyrgyzstan fell by 2.7 per cent over the past 24 hours

The price of a troy ounce of gold (31.1035 grams) in Kyrgyzstan fell on 29 September, based on the buy-back price.

According to data from the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, on 29 September the buy-back price for one ounce stood at 364,573 KGS, compared with 374,759.5 KGS the previous day. Thus, over the course of the day, the price fell by 10,186.5 KGS, or 2.72 per cent.

The selling price per ounce, meanwhile, remained unchanged at 388,276.5 KGS.

By way of comparison, the decline in the buy-back price per ounce has continued for several trading days: on 25 September it stood at 375,233.5 KGS, and on 24 September at 376,812.5 KGS.
