    Prices Set for Coal of Kyrgyzstan Mining Companies

    The Antimonopoly Regulation Service has set maximum prices for coal and fuel oil to be used for heating in the autumn-winter period of 2025/2026. This applies primarily to supplies to the Bishkek and Osh thermal power plants, as well as other heat supply enterprises in the country.

    Wholesale prices have been set for coal companies depending on the consumer group. Tariffs for coal transportation by road have also been set at between 3 and 3.99 som per tonne per kilometre, depending on the route. The cost of fuel oil delivery by road has been set at 3.62 som per tonne-kilometre. The cost of reloading coal at the railway station in Balykchy will be 262.60 som per tonne.

    For Kyrgyzneftegaz OJSC, the price for M-100 fuel oil has been set at 21,428 som per tonne, excluding taxes. This fuel will be supplied to the Bishkek and Osh thermal power plants, as well as other heat supply facilities. All decisions were made as part of the country's preparations for the upcoming heating season.
