05/28/2025, 17:20According to the annual report of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, in 2024 commercial banks closed 19 branches, 30 savings banks, and 37 mobile cash desks. During the same period, 3 new branches, 25 savings banks, and 29 mobile cash desks were opened.
At the end of 2024, there were 304 branches and 857 savings banks of commercial banks in the country.
Most cash desks and branches are traditionally concentrated in Bishkek and Osh.
