The first licensed company in 2025 was ZetPlat LLC, which received its license on February 4. The head of the organization is Vilimir Akhmedov.
It was followed by Paymi LLC, which entered the market on February 27. It is headed by Muhammad Totonov. The third on the list is BilNet LLC, which received its license on March 13. The company is headed by Urpia Usenkanova.
And finally, the last company added to the list today is Sunshine LTD. The license was issued on April 3, and the company is headed by Pavel Podoba.
As of the end of April, there were more than 50 operators registered in the country. This indicates growing interest in digital financial services and high competition in the field of money transfers and electronic payments.
