The Capital Construction Department of Bishkek Mayor's Office announced an open tender to develop a project for the reconstruction of the basement under the Manas monument in order to convert it into retail space. The information is posted on the portal of public procurement.

The total amount of the purchase is 1.8 million soms. Bidders need to provide documents, including a licence to carry out design works, tax declaration for 2022-2023 and confirmation of the absence of debts to the tax and social fund. Experience in executing similar projects for an amount equal to or exceeding the lot value over the last two years is also required.

In case of failure to meet the deadlines for performance or payment, penalties of 0.01% for each day of delay, but not more than 5% of the contract value are stipulated. The works will be performed at the address: 175, Toktogula Street, Bishkek.
