Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Bakyt Torobaev took part in the opening of a modern high-tech plant for the production of vegetable oil “Alpha” in Issyk-Ata district of Chui region.

In his speech, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers noted that the production of agricultural products not only in raw form, but also their processing will create great opportunities for the development of the economy of the entire region as a whole.

“The income level of our people will also increase. In line with the government policy on agricultural development, the processing industry is given serious attention and entrepreneurs engaged in this type of activity receive all-round support,” he said.

Currently, the plant's productivity is up to 3 thousand tons of raw materials per month, and its products are supplied to domestic and foreign markets.

Within the framework of the state program to support the agro-industrial complex, it is planned to increase the capacity of the plant and the number of jobs in the near future.
