Natalia Druzhina, who held the position of chair of the board of directors, has been removed from the board of directors of OJSC Keremet Bank.
The decision was made by the bank's board of directors and recorded in the minutes of December 24, 2025. It is specified that the termination of powers was carried out at her own request on the basis of a submitted application.
No new appointments to the Board of Directors are indicated in the disclosed information.
Changes have also taken place in the management of OJSC Keremet Bank. The powers of Tatyana Kurzheya, Chairwoman of the Bank's Management Board, have been terminated. The termination of her powers was carried out at her own request.
At the same time, Damira Mukusheva was appointed to the executive body as chair of the bank's management board, and Burulkan Atamkulova was appointed as a member of the management board and chief accountant.
The decision on the changes in the management board was made by the bank's board of directors on December 22.
