Kyrgyzstan will start the transition to digitalisation of public services

From 14 April 2025 in Bishkek and Osh, and from 1 May - in all regions of Kyrgyzstan, will cease to issue paper certificates and information that can be obtained through the mobile application ‘Tunduk’. This decision was made within the framework of the presidential decree, which is aimed at simplifying the receipt of state services.

Now, citizens will not need to stand in queues and collect papers to get the necessary information. All the necessary data will be available in the application. An exception is made for people over 50 years old, socially vulnerable citizens and foreign citizens who need certificates for use outside the country.

From 1 June 2025, state and municipal authorities will no longer require citizens and companies to provide documents that are already in state databases. State bodies will receive all the data they need through the Tunduk system without your participation.

The heads of state bodies will now be personally responsible for the implementation of these innovations. In addition, all these changes will be accompanied by an information campaign so that citizens know what and where they can get through the application.

The main purpose of the changes is to simplify and speed up the process of obtaining public services, to rid citizens of unnecessary bureaucracy and to use modern digital technologies.
