02/03/2025, 16:05Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic on invalidation of the Decree ‘On postponement of holidays in 2025’ dated 30 December 2024 No. 809 was adopted.
This decision was developed in order to systematise the legislation of the republic in accordance with the Labour Code of the Kyrgyz Republic adopted in a new edition
It should be noted that the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers for employees of state and municipal organisations, institutions and enterprises financed from the state budget, working on a five-day working week schedule, a number of days off in 2025 were transferred to other days in January and May 2025.
However, due to the entry into force of the new edition of the Labour Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on 28 January 2025, it became necessary to cancel the decree on the transfer of days off.
